As Realtors®, we've been told many times by our buyer clients, "We were just driving down the Interstate, and decided to get off to find a nice place to eat. Within a short time, we fell in love with the area and wanted to move here!" Certainly not everyone finds our area in that way, but it's amazing how many do. Many folks move here because of the rich historical sites dating back to the 1700's. A large number of alumni from Washington & Lee University or Virginia Military Institute decide to return after successful careers. There are adventurous souls who love the "call of the wild" and come to enjoy our plentiful, pristine mountains and streams. Whatever the reason, all are welcome.

We also have some folks who need to sell their homes. We are happy to serve them. Most sellers express a bit of regret in having to move. Many times they harbor a dream to return some day.

Whatever needs you have, whether it is moving to or from our beautiful county, we stand ready to assist you. We offer our experience, our council and our friendship to help your transition be as effortless as possible. As Realtors® we pride ourselves on our commitment to a "Code of Ethics". This ensures that we serve all parties with the highest degree of integrity. You can read our "Code of Ethics". Just Click Here.
