CAAR Releases CD for Post Licensure Education CAAR now has released a CD with all 30 hours of required post licensure education on CD. This training will satisfy the requirement for new agents (licensed after January 1, 2004) to obtain 30 hours of education in their first 2 years. The training is broken down into four CD's, these CD's work the same as the 16 hour CE course. You read through the material on the CD, take the test at the end and then an email will be sent to CAAR stating whether you passed or not. CAAR will then submit your credits to DPOR.
